What does it mean to you?

Every action begins with a thought, so it’s going to be very important to know and understand how critical our thoughts will be to our success. if your goal is to become more fit, how do YOU define that.? Is it becoming stronger, is it dropping some bodyfat, is it being able to climb a set of stairs and not be out of breath, or just to have more energy to play with your kids. whatever it is for you define it and let’s develop a step by step plan to get you there.
