Before working with Earl I never went to the gym and if I did it was to run on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then go home to eat a pizza! Earl has helped me to lose close to 10 pounds, I feel great, I’m so much more stronger and people are noticing how I fit my clothes better! Earl has also given me lots of tips on how to better my eating habits so now I’m eating a lot more healthier foods and less fast food. I gave him areas where I wanted to change on my body and he has done an amazing job in getting me the results I was never able to get on my own!
