Fitness Fundamentals

Fitness fundamentals is a 12 week class that is going to help Jumpstart you on your fitness journey. because we all KNOW we need to/have to become more healthy and fit, but sometimes we just don’t know where to start. That’s where we come in. Our goal is to help you turn that into reality. 

During the next few weeks were going to teach you how to perform the best movements to get the most out of your time spent training/working out. We’re also going to show you that even though there are so many choices out there, That’s it’s simpler than you may think. 

All this for $245 per month
